Varieties of radiators: distinguishing features

There are four main types of radiators that differ among themselves by installation, heat transfer and ease of use.

Single -panel radiators have the most attractive appearance. In addition, they differ from other species with their relatively small weight. These radiators are closest to the optimal ratio of “price-quality”, since, having a small price, they occupy leading places in terms of heat transfer indicators.

Sectional radiators are not as popular as the previous ones, but also have many positive points. These radiators have the highest heat transfer. And since the sections are made of aluminum, these radiators are able to withstand high pressure in the system. If you do not have enough finances to purchase such a radiator, then there is an occasion to think about such a phenomenon as a consumer loan. Many families do so. Take a consumer loan and acquire sectional radiators.

The next type is copper-aluminum radiators. They are best suited for heating rooms with high humidity. This is explained by the fact that the metals from which radiators are made are of greater resistance to corrosion.

Tubular radiators are suitable when the main accent is placed on the appearance. They are great for any interior, but are considered the weakest in the heat transfer.

Although the main criterion for the selection of the radiator is the indicator of heat transfer, there are many factors affecting the final result.
