Nar inside the engine

Nar inside the engine

The main reason for the occurrence of soot is the use of poor -quality gasoline containing a huge number of all kinds of resins, which, when contacted with a hot valve, simply evaporate, leaving a considerable part of solid deposits on the surface of the latter. The formation of a carrier also leads to work with a large wear of the valves (in the case when the oil flows along the rod) and the presence of gas -sufficiently saturated gas fog in the crankcase. In addition, the carbon car causes dust (or rather some of it), which is breaking through an air filter and settling (together with gasoline) on “hot” valves.

If you have difficulties on the road and your car cannot move, then it is worth making an order of the tow truck in the company “Ultra-Spas”.

It should be noted that the presence of a carbon on the exhaust valves is usually significantly lower, since almost all the dirt simply burns out of the high temperature and high speed (worked out) of outgoing gases.

Formed on the valve of the car is a predecessor of a large number of consequences, mostly bad. This nuisance minimizes the diameter of the intake path and, as a result, its throughput. Accordingly, the amount of the working mixture included in the cylinder is reduced, which leads to a difficult to start engine, reduce its torque and loss of power.

The presence of a carbon monoxide, also reduces the streamlines of the valve, thereby violating the normal filling of the cylinder and the correct formation of the working mixture in it, increases the inertia of the valve, which arbitrarily changes the phases of gas distribution.

The main problem is that it is quite difficult to determine the formation of soot, because there is no dependence between the electrical signals and the low -quality filling of the cylinder. Thus detecting its presence on diagnostic equipment, as a rule, it is impossible. Of course, it is quite possible to establish the formation of a carrier with an endoscope with which you can consider the surface of the valves (through the inlet tract, with the collector removed). However, not many car services and a hundred can boast of the presence of such a device.

Now about the methods of treating this disease. The traditional way to clean from soot is machining with subsequent polishing. Of course, for this it is necessary to disassemble half the engine, which makes such a method quite long and time -consuming.

A simpler way is to add various additives to the fuel that contribute to softening of the soil, and its combustion under the influence of air entering the cylinder. However, the effectiveness of such cleaning is present only with the constant and regular use of such additives from the initial period of operation of the car. Not a single additive can “destroy” a large nar, and therefore such a method can be recommended only as a prevention.
