The next amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses will qualify such activities as “implementation of entrepreneurial activities for the provision of transport services without state registration as an individual entrepreneur or legal entity”. Responsibility for such a violation is proposed to be established in the form of a fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or confiscation of income received from illegal activity.

The owners of illegal minibuses will have to be even worse. The creation of a transport enterprise without appropriate registration will be punished with a fine of 250 thousand to half a million rubles with confiscation of “crime guns”, that is, the vehicles themselves. True, such measures will only be applied to those illegal carriers whose fleet consists of more than three cars that can simultaneously transport more than eight people.

By the way, it is easier to be outlawed for owners of minibuses: it is enough to lose in the municipal competition for the right of passenger transportation.

The only attempt to fight the “bombs” was made at the Bashkiria bus station, where the administration simply hung posters with statistics on missing people.
